Method
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and steep the tea bags for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Add fresh lemon juice and remaining cold water.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Serve over ice with lemon slices and mint.
Notes
For a stronger lemon flavor, add extra lemon slices while chilling the tea.
