- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and honey together in a bowl.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for up to 4 hours. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness for consistent grilling.
