Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon sliced

Method
 

  1. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and honey together in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for up to 4 hours. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness for consistent grilling.
