- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente and reserve some pasta water.
- Season and cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
- Sauté garlic in butter, add cream and broth, then stir in lemon and parmesan to form sauce.
- Combine pasta and sauce, add chicken back, toss well and serve with parsley.
