Main Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
Seasoning & Garnish
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Season and cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic in butter, add cream and broth, then stir in lemon and parmesan to form sauce.
  4. Combine pasta and sauce, add chicken back, toss well and serve with parsley.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice and zest for the best flavor and avoid overheating the sauce.
