Ingredients
  

Main Components
  • 300 g linguine
  • 400 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
Flavor & Finish
  • 1 lemon zest from one lemon
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Sauté shrimp in butter and olive oil until pink, then remove from skillet.
  3. Prepare lemon butter sauce, combine with pasta and shrimp, then finish with parmesan and parsley.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp. Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor and reserve pasta water for sauce texture.
