- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente and reserve some pasta water.
- Sauté shrimp in butter and olive oil until pink, then remove from skillet.

Notes
Do not overcook shrimp. Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor and reserve pasta water for sauce texture.
