- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve pasta water before draining.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until tomatoes blister and burst.
- Stir in lemon zest and juice.
- Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water to the skillet. Toss until glossy.
- Mix in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Tear burrata over the pasta and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
Use ripe cherry tomatoes and room-temperature burrata for the best texture and flavor.
