Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pie dish and bake 8–10 minutes.
- Whisk egg yolks, lime zest, and condensed milk. Add lime juice and mix until smooth.
- Pour filling into crust and bake 12–15 minutes until center is slightly set.
- Cool to room temperature then refrigerate at least 3 hours.
- Whip cream and powdered sugar to soft peaks and spread on pie before serving.
Notes
Use fresh key lime juice for best flavor and chill overnight for perfect texture.
