Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 4 egg yolks large
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 0.5 cup key lime juice fresh
Topping
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pie dish and bake 8–10 minutes.
  2. Whisk egg yolks, lime zest, and condensed milk. Add lime juice and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour filling into crust and bake 12–15 minutes until center is slightly set.
  4. Cool to room temperature then refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  5. Whip cream and powdered sugar to soft peaks and spread on pie before serving.

Notes

Use fresh key lime juice for best flavor and chill overnight for perfect texture.
