- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into equal squares.
- Spread Dijon mustard onto half the pastry squares.
- Layer ham and cheese over the pastry squares.
- Top with additional pastry squares to create towers.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with seasonings.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Keep puff pastry cold before baking for maximum rise and flakiness.
