Ingredients
  

Latte Base
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 shot espresso or 1/4 cup strong coffee
  • 1 cup milk any milk of choice
  • 1-2 tbsp vanilla syrup adjust to taste
Optional Toppings
  • whipped cream optional garnish
  • vanilla bean optional garnish

Equipment

  • espresso machine or coffee maker
  • Spoon
  • tall serving glass

Method
 

  1. Brew a fresh shot of espresso or prepare 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee.
  2. Fill a tall serving glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour vanilla syrup over the ice.
  4. Add the hot espresso or coffee over the ice and syrup.
  5. Pour cold milk into the glass and gently stir to combine.
  6. Top with optional whipped cream or vanilla garnish if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For a stronger coffee flavor, add an extra half shot of espresso. Oat milk and whole milk create the creamiest texture for iced lattes.
