Ingredients
  

Main Tea Base
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 black tea bags
Peach Syrup
  • 3 ripe peaches sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 cup water
Additional Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups cold water
  • ice cubes
  • mint leaves optional garnish

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Simmer peaches, sugar, and water for 10 minutes, then mash and strain.
  4. Combine brewed tea, peach syrup, and lemon juice in a pitcher.
  5. Add cold water, chill for 1–2 hours, and serve over ice with garnish.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for best flavor. Adjust sweetness to preference or substitute with honey.
