Method
- Bring water to a boil, then remove from heat.
- Steep tea bags for 5–7 minutes, then remove.
- Add sliced peaches and let infuse for 10–15 minutes.
- Stir in honey until dissolved.
- Add lemon juice if desired.
- Cool and refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice and garnish with peaches and mint.
Notes
Use ripe peaches for best flavor and dissolve honey while tea is warm for smooth blending.
