Main Component
  • 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar or syrup to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Optional Additions
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut for garnish

Method
 

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the cooled coffee over the ice.
  3. Mix coconut milk with sugar and vanilla extract, then pour into the coffee and stir gently before serving.

Notes

Use full-fat coconut milk for a richer texture and adjust sweetness to taste.
