Method
 

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee or espresso and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Drizzle caramel sauce inside a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the cooled coffee over the ice, then add milk and sweetener if desired.
  4. Stir gently, top with whipped cream and extra caramel drizzle, then serve immediately.

Notes

Use chilled coffee to prevent dilution and adjust sweetness according to preference. Try salted caramel for a flavor twist.
