Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tbsp honey
Fruit & Toppings
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt and honey in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Slice fruits and prepare toppings.
  3. Assemble yogurt in bowls and top with fruits, granola, and chia seeds.
  4. Drizzle extra honey and garnish with mint before serving.

Notes

Use seasonal fruits for best flavor and always add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
