Ingredients
  

Main Sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
Thickening
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil optional

Method
 

  1. Combine honey, sriracha, and soy sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and vinegar, stirring until well blended.
  3. Mix water and cornstarch, then stir into the sauce.
  4. Cook until thickened and glossy, about 2–3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil if using.

Notes

Adjust spice level by increasing or decreasing sriracha. Store refrigerated for up to one week.
