Method
- Combine honey, sriracha, and soy sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and vinegar, stirring until well blended.
- Mix water and cornstarch, then stir into the sauce.
- Cook until thickened and glossy, about 2–3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil if using.
Notes
Adjust spice level by increasing or decreasing sriracha. Store refrigerated for up to one week.
