Method
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl to create a slurry and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar, then simmer for a few minutes.
- Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
- Finish with sesame oil and chili flakes, then remove from heat.
