Method
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and ginger in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes until crispy, then flip and cook another 3–4 minutes.
- Pour glaze into the pan and spoon over salmon as it simmers.
- Add cornstarch slurry if thicker sauce is desired and cook 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust sweetness or saltiness to taste by modifying honey and soy sauce ratios.
