Method
- Pat lamb chops dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove lamb chops and reduce heat to medium.
- Add butter and garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return lamb chops to the skillet and spoon glaze over them while cooking for another 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and sesame seeds and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results use rib or loin lamb chops and avoid overcooking. Medium doneness keeps the meat tender and juicy.
