Ingredients
  

Lamb Chops
  • 8 lamb chops loin or rib chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
Honey Garlic Glaze
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Pat lamb chops dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Remove lamb chops and reduce heat to medium.
  4. Add butter and garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Return lamb chops to the skillet and spoon glaze over them while cooking for another 2–3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and sesame seeds and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results use rib or loin lamb chops and avoid overcooking. Medium doneness keeps the meat tender and juicy.
