- Coat chicken pieces in cornstarch.
- Cook chicken in oil until golden and set aside.
- Stir-fry vegetables until tender-crisp.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook briefly.
- Mix sauce ingredients and pour into pan.
- Return chicken, stir and simmer until thickened.
- Serve hot with garnish.
Notes
Adjust sweetness or saltiness to taste. Add chili flakes for spice.
