  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados to your desired consistency using a fork.
  3. Add onion, tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix gently, taste, and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Serve immediately for best freshness.

Notes

Use ripe avocados and fresh lime juice for the best flavor. Store with plastic wrap pressed onto the surface to prevent browning.
