Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into chunks
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic grated

Method
 

  1. Cut the chicken into evenly sized chunks.
  2. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl and coat the chicken well.
  3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill for 10 to 12 minutes turning often until cooked through.
  6. Mix sauce ingredients and serve alongside the skewers.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate overnight and use chicken thighs for maximum juiciness.
