Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 600 g chicken boneless
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
Wrap Filling
  • 4 flatbread
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes sliced
Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Mix marinade ingredients and coat chicken thoroughly.
  2. Marinate for at least 1 hour, then grill until cooked through.
  3. Slice chicken, assemble wraps with vegetables and sauce, then serve.

Notes

Marinate overnight for best flavor. Use chicken thighs for juicier results.
