Caesar Dressing
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 anchovy fillets optional
Salad
  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese shaved

Method
