Method
 

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and flatten to even thickness.
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic, spices, and lemon juice to create marinade.
  3. Coat chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  6. Rest for 5 minutes, garnish, and serve.
