- Wash, core, and chop the green apples into small chunks.
- Add apples, spinach, yogurt, almond milk, honey, mint leaves, lime juice, and chia seeds to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until thick and chilled.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves or apple slices, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen apple slices or add half a frozen banana.
