Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 2 green apples cored and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 10 mint leaves fresh
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Wash, core, and chop the green apples into small chunks.
  2. Add apples, spinach, yogurt, almond milk, honey, mint leaves, lime juice, and chia seeds to a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again until thick and chilled.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves or apple slices, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen apple slices or add half a frozen banana.
