- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Layer half the bread cubes, peaches, and remaining bread.
- Whisk custard ingredients and pour over bread.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Prepare crumble topping and refrigerate.
- Top casserole with crumble and bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, use day-old brioche bread and ripe but firm peaches.
