Ingredients
  

Sushi Rice Base
  • 2 cups sushi rice rinsed thoroughly
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
Creamy Salmon Layer
  • 2 cups cooked salmon flaked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Method
 

  1. Cook and season sushi rice, then spread into baking dish.
  2. Mix salmon with creamy spicy sauce until well combined.
  3. Layer salmon over rice, bake until golden and top with garnishes.

Notes

Best served warm with nori sheets for scooping.
