Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking dish.
- Remove mushroom stems, chop them finely, and set aside.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and chopped stems in olive oil until soft.
- Mix sautéed ingredients with cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parmesan, and seasoning.
- Stuff mushroom caps and arrange in baking dish.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and tender.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for 2 minutes at the end.
