Ingredients
  

Sauce Base
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic finely grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
Optional
  • 1 tbsp water to thin if needed

Method
 

  1. Grate the garlic cloves finely and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in parsley and adjust consistency with water if needed.
  4. Let the sauce rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a milder flavor, roast the garlic before mixing it into the yogurt.
