Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with wire rack.
- Pat chicken wings dry and toss with baking powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Arrange wings on rack and bake 20 minutes, flip and bake another 20–25 minutes.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Toss baked wings with garlic butter sauce.
- Add Parmesan and parsley, toss to coat and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, chill wings uncovered in fridge for 1 hour before baking.
