Ingredients
  

Wings
  • 2 lbs chicken wings split
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with wire rack.
  2. Pat chicken wings dry and toss with baking powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Arrange wings on rack and bake 20 minutes, flip and bake another 20–25 minutes.
  4. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Toss baked wings with garlic butter sauce.
  6. Add Parmesan and parsley, toss to coat and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, chill wings uncovered in fridge for 1 hour before baking.
