- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place cauliflower florets in a bowl and toss with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and roast for another 5–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet and roast at high heat. Add parmesan during the final roasting stage to prevent burning.
