- Cook noodles in salted boiling water according to package instructions, then drain and reserve a little noodle water.
- In a heatproof bowl combine minced garlic, chili flakes, sugar, and sesame seeds.
- Heat oil until hot and carefully pour over the garlic chili mixture.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and salt to form the sauce.
- Add cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust chili flakes to control spice level. Add vegetables or protein for a heartier meal.
