Ingredients
  

Main Component
  • 1 cup neutral oil
  • 4 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 6 cloves garlic sliced
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Method
 

  1. Place chili flakes, garlic, sesame seeds, sugar, and salt in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Heat oil until hot but not smoking, then carefully pour over the mixture.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and vinegar, cool completely, and store in a jar.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste and avoid overheating oil to prevent burning garlic.
