Method
- Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic.
- Stir and spoon garlic butter over steak bites for 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Use high heat for best sear and avoid overcrowding the pan.
