Ingredients
  

Steak Bites
  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Tongs
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic.
  5. Stir and spoon garlic butter over steak bites for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use high heat for best sear and avoid overcrowding the pan.
