- Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve pasta water.
- Season and sear shrimp in olive oil until pink, then remove from skillet.
- Melt butter, sauté garlic, add broth and lemon juice, then toss pasta and shrimp with sauce and finish with Parmesan and parsley.
Notes
Use fresh garlic and avoid overcooking shrimp for best results. Add pasta water gradually for a silky sauce.
