Ingredients
  

Flatbread Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Butter
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until smooth.
  3. Rest dough, divide, roll, cook in skillet, then brush with garlic butter.

Notes

Cook on high heat for best texture and brush with garlic butter immediately after cooking for maximum flavor.
