  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

  • 0.5 cup mozzarella or parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray.
  2. Slice bread lengthwise and place cut-side up.
  3. Mix butter, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread mixture evenly over bread.
  5. Add optional toppings like cheese.
  6. Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden.
  7. Broil briefly for extra crispiness if desired.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for best flavor and watch closely while broiling to prevent burning.
