Ingredients
  

Fruit Base
  • 2 cups strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups pineapple diced
  • 3 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups green grapes halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 oranges peeled and segmented
Dressing
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 2 tbsp mint finely chopped

Method
 

  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Prepare all fruit into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk honey, lime juice, and lime zest in a small bowl.
  4. Pour dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
  5. Sprinkle chopped mint on top and chill before serving.

Notes

Use ripe but firm fruit for the best texture and add bananas only right before serving if desired.
