Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar adjust to taste
  • 4 cups cold water
Optional Garnish
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • mint leaves for garnish
  • lemon slices for garnish

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Blend diced mangoes with 1 cup of water until smooth.
  2. In a pitcher, mix lemon juice and sugar until dissolved.
  3. Add mango puree and remaining water, stir well, chill, and serve over ice.

Notes

Use ripe mangoes for best sweetness. Adjust sugar and lemon juice to taste.
