  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Rice Layer
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
Toppings
  • 2 avocados sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved

Method
 

  1. Combine marinade ingredients and marinate chicken for 20 minutes.
