- Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into even sticks.
- Soak the potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes, then drain and dry thoroughly.
- Fry at 160°C for 5 minutes, remove and rest, then fry again at 190°C for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy. Season and serve.
Notes
Double frying ensures maximum crispiness. Always dry potatoes before frying.
