  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Mix egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently without overmixing.
  4. Heat skillet and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour batter and cook until bubbles form, then flip.
  6. Cook until golden brown and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overmix batter; let it rest for fluffier pancakes.
