Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chili paste
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
Broth
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Ramen and Toppings
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 handful cilantro optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, chili paste, and ginger for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Cook garlic in butter, add cream, milk, soy sauce, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  3. Cook marinated chicken in a skillet until fully cooked, then slice.
  4. Simmer broth ingredients together for 10 minutes.
  5. Soft boil eggs, peel, and slice in half.
  6. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
  7. Assemble bowls with noodles, broth, sliced chicken, and drizzle with garlic cream sauce.
  8. Top with eggs, green onions, chili flakes, sesame seeds, and cilantro before serving.

Notes

Adjust spice level by increasing or decreasing chili oil and flakes.
