Ingredients
  

Base
  • 4 English muffins split
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
Egg Mixture
  • 4 eggs large
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Toppings
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Arrange English muffin halves on the baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
  4. Scramble eggs in a skillet until just set.
  5. Top muffins with scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.
