- Combine crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Spread filling over crust and chill for 2 hours.
- Spread caramel evenly over cheesecake and chill for 30 minutes.
- Make chocolate topping by combining warm cream with chocolate until smooth.
- Pour chocolate over caramel layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled.

For the cleanest slices, chill overnight and use a warm knife.
