Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 6 eggs hard-boiled
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise halal-certified
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar halal-certified
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Garnish
  • 1/2 tsp paprika plus extra for garnish
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs in water, then cover and let sit for 10–12 minutes.
  2. Cool eggs in ice water, peel, and slice in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and seasonings.
  4. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture using spoon or piping bag.
  5. Garnish with paprika and parsley, then serve.

Notes

Use slightly older eggs for easier peeling and chill before serving for best taste.
