- Marinate chicken in pickle juice, chopped pickles, and dill for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare coating stations.
- Coat marinated chicken in egg mixture, then Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.

- Garnish with fresh dill and Parmesan before serving.
Notes
