Ingredients
  

Toast Base
  • 4 slices artisan sourdough bread thick cut
  • 2 medium avocados ripe
  • 2 medium peaches sliced
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
Toppings
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 handful microgreens
  • 6 leaves fresh basil for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly cracked

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and bake prosciutto on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 8–10 minutes until crisp.
  2. Toast sourdough slices with olive oil until golden and crunchy.
  3. Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt, and pepper until slightly chunky.
  4. Lightly caramelize peach slices in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.
  5. Spread avocado mixture over toast and top with warm peaches.
  6. Break crispy prosciutto into pieces and layer over the peaches.
  7. Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with chili flakes, basil, and microgreens before serving.

Notes

Use ripe but slightly firm peaches for the best texture and presentation.
