Ingredients
  

Asparagus Fries
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus trimmed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
Garlic Dip
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim asparagus and pat dry.
  3. Set up three bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and panko mixed with parmesan and seasonings.
  4. Dip each asparagus spear in flour, egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place coated asparagus on baking sheet and spray lightly with oil.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Mix dipping sauce ingredients and serve alongside warm fries.

Notes

Use medium thickness asparagus for best texture. Air fryer option: cook at 400°F for 7–9 minutes.
