  • 4 large russet potatoes cut into wedges
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges, soak in water, then dry thoroughly.
  3. Toss with oil, garlic, spices, and parmesan, then arrange on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak potatoes before baking and avoid overcrowding the pan.
