- Drain and thoroughly dry the pickle chips with paper towels.
- Prepare three bowls with flour, egg and buttermilk mixture, and seasoned breadcrumb mixture.
- Dip each pickle chip into flour, then egg mixture, then breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Heat vegetable oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit in a deep skillet.
- Fry the coated pickles in small batches until golden and crispy.
- Drain excess oil and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crunch, double-coat the pickles before frying.
